Same-Day Certificate of Insurance for Contractors
TradeGuard issues certificates of insurance the same day, usually within minutes, for policies written through us. Every certificate carries the wording your general contractor or licensing board asks for: additional insured, primary and non-contributory, and waiver of subrogation, with the certificate holder listed exactly as they require. If your policy is not with TradeGuard yet, call (913) 689-5474 and we will quote it and issue the certificate the same day in most cases.

What happens next
- Basic requests: We add your certificate holder to your current policy and email the COI to you — usually within minutes.
- Contract requests: We review the contract's insurance requirements against your policies. If everything checks out, your COI is issued with the required wording. If there's a gap, our team reaches out before anything goes wrong on site.
